Kia Cassini is a Founding Partner of 4 REFORM and a Florida family court reform advocate based in Boca Raton. As a mother who has experienced prolonged separation from her children and the struggle to reunite with them, Kia brings a deeply personal perspective to this work. Her experience has shaped her commitment to protecting children, preserving safe parent-child relationships, and ensuring that parents have a meaningful opportunity to be heard.

Through legislative outreach and her work alongside fellow Founding Partner Scott McKenna, Kia advocates for due process, accountability, and decisions grounded in reliable evidence. She is committed to addressing false allegations, parental alienation, and unjustified family separation while keeping children’s safety and well-being at the center of reform. Her purpose is to turn personal hardship into lasting change—helping build a system that treats mothers and fathers fairly and protects the family relationships children depend on.
