At Solutions for Family Court Reform, LLC, we bring people together to advocate for a more accountable family court system that protects children and respects the rights of families.

You do not have to be an attorney, elected official, or someone personally affected to make a difference. Your voice, experience, professional skills, and support can help move reform forward.

SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE

Have you experienced failures of due process, knowingly false allegations, unnecessary separation from your children, or barriers to presenting evidence? Your experience can help identify problems that deserve attention and practical solutions.

Use our contact form to provide a brief overview and explain what you believe needs to change. Please do not include children’s names, sealed records, financial information, or confidential documents. An initial inquiry should not include sensitive case materials.

SPEAK UP FOR LEGISLATIVE CHANGE

Contact your elected representatives and ask them to support reforms that put children’s well-being, fair hearings, and reliable evidence first. Encourage meaningful oversight, accountability for proven fabrication, and safeguards that protect genuine victims of abuse without allowing allegations to replace a fair examination of the facts.

Keep your message respectful, factual, and focused on specific changes. A clear explanation of a problem and a practical proposal can help lawmakers understand why reform matters.
